It seems fussy, but once you start to work with the dough, it becomes obvious. If this happens to you, leave the dough out to warm up a little. You are looking for it to be chilled, but not extremely cold. If this happens, just place it back into the fridge to chill for a few minutes. If the dough is too warm, it will fall apart on you. The dough is easy to work with as long as the kitchen is relatively cool. To make it, we add butter, sugar and eggs to the processor then pulse in flour.
